Here you will find helpful resources to assist you and your team in setting up your artwork. Click to download the .psd files and please be sure to verify the final specs needed for each piece. You can then upload your print-ready artwork directly from this page.
Vitalboards® Program
Your will need to create and submit the following:
1. Vitalboard® FRONT SIDE - Final size 8.75" x 11.25" @ 350 dpi (includes 1/8" bleed/trim) flattened CMYK file, saved as a press-ready PDF. Make sure there are no bleeds that exceed 15% ink coverage, as this may cause the edge-trimmed laminate to come loose in those areas. Full customization is allowed on the front side, however please do not adjust or edit the page flip and V logo in the lower right corner. We also are including a couple of helpful illustration tools for you to show your clients. These will help them decide which layout they like the most, and also have reference points that will assist in communicating graphic direction.
2. Vitalboard® REVERSE SIDE - Final size 8.75" x 11.25" @ 350 dpi (includes 1/8" bleed/trim) flattened CMYK file, saved as a press-ready PDF. The only customization allowed on this side is to add your business contact information. Prior to saving in CMYK, change to grayscale mode to remove all color, then change to CMYK (reverse side is single color, b/w only).
3. Vital ICE layout and information. To collect your customer's information they wish to show on their app experience, please reference the online Google form found HERE (password is 'icebreaker'). This will show all the necessary information that we will need to create their account. You may then use this form to submit your client's information to us for account creation, or by another method that is convenient to you. Regarding the banner image(s) required, if your client is a single sponsor, with only their company referenced in the App, then select both Banner 1 and Banner 2 files below (we will need both banner images to create the single sponsor account). If they are co-branding the App, then they will only need one banner each, as the main screen will not show a single banner at the top, but rather text for the names of both parties. If the requested App is to be co-branded, select only Banner 1 below. Both banner layouts have final size of 1200 x 343 @ 150 dpi, and should be flattened and saved as .png images.
